First Question : is it a science ???Or an Art ???

My assertion : It is an Economic Science with all the characters of a normal demand curve

My basic assumption is that information is an commodity which can be accessed given enough agents are connected.

So let us put on the put on the X-Axis : Level of Secrecy of information
On the Y axis : number of agents one needs to contact

AND WE GET A DEMAND CURVE
