Lead the Free

After a long time wasting my time doing nothing , I wish to eludicate upon a technical topic. The upcoming US Election. The question might come as to why ?

Why does Someone residing in a third World Country so concerned about the election ? and Why is his opinion important ?

So let me start by detracting my critics and saying why is it relevant for all to read. When we talk of Democracy and Freedom the first things that come to mind has to be the US constitution. It is truly a magnificent document, which has been oft copied , its spirit transported but never replicated. I believe it to be the true source of freedom and its upholder the president. Thus to me who lives in a free country, the election is not just the election of any nation but of the leader of freedom. And thus I have indirectly become part of the process.

In recent times the position of presidency have come under question . The actions , the intentions, the persons - All have been put up on the stand and questioned. But one thing has never been in doubt: the sanctity of the position, the importance of the office. It is the seat of democracy, freedom .

One may start to doubt the 'freedom' rhetoric of mine. Are there not other democracies, are there not other constitutions just as monumental. In my opinion, NO. There are other democracies, but they are too fragile and built on the basis of the belief that the objective is to control and not allow the agents to be free willing. We are regularly chastised for behavior which is unconstitutional , which harm the interest of minorities - not illegal, but unconstitutional - and to maintain this land of free we have a system that punishes any one who wants to face the devil for what it is. We have the freedom to choose , but not one to make a choice. We have freedom to speak but not to choose our words.

That is the irony of democracy and the greatness of the US constitution. It rests on such solid ground that it gives a special honor to the upholder and thus the question of presidency becomes the topic - not me, not you , but entire humanity should have a say on.

Love Me 'Tender'

As I write this, the clock slowly ticks over another minute.

Tick Tock, Tick Tock !!!

Time marches on ... towards the celebration of St Valentine , as the World celebrates I put my cynic face on and think aloud...

What do we love... The Gifts, the excesses or the emotions...

Look Around round round. What do you see ? The Commercialization of a sacred emotion. But we are all powerless, a slave to the angel on the shoulder. The devil is shouting from the left ," Come let me give you shelter from the storm ".

Cupid has sent his best sniper, Venus has engaged her wily nyads. All to catch you in the thralls of conscience attack - Surrender to the Midas within you. Show how much you love by buying the biggest thing you can.

Well money can't buy you love, but it can buy you substitutes. Men do grow cold as you grow old but diamonds are someone's best friend. It may not be those whose love story is played in the corners of the world where existence is hand to mouth, where an inch means a stray bullet.

Star crossed lovers play out their love every day and they do not need cold hard rocks, not cocoa filled snacks - They play in richness and poverty, in good times and bad, Today everyday !!!

I know what you did

Let us today look at the science of information.

First Question : is it a science ???Or an Art ???

My assertion : It is an Economic Science with all the characters of a normal demand curve

ok...

My basic assumption is that information is an commodity which can be accessed given enough agents are connected.

So let us put on the put on the X-Axis : Level of Secrecy of information
On
the Y axis : number of agents one needs to contact

AND WE GET A DEMAND CURVE

and
now let us debate the slope ..is it upward on downward sloping..

but that is the next post !!!
